The San Antonio Shootout returns Veterans Day Weekend 9-10 November with:

Enter the Double Dragon - This Pair of Chinese Hook Swords will be awarded to the Double Dragon list with the highest placing. This does not include overall scores. To enter as a Double Dragon player, Datasheets used, must be used twice, no more, no less. Yes this means that epic characters can not be used. 
 
Faction awards continue with a special option for Best Salamanders. (Adrax and/or Vulcan datasheets must be used. An exception can be made for Double Dragon players but they will need to present more traditional paint jobs either Green or Retro Yellow & Black or known successors).
 
Additional Awards will include Laser Etched bladed weapons. 
Best Overall - El Más Chingón - Machete 
Best General - Bayonet
Best Painted - Bowie Knife (This "Tacticool" bowie is different from Alamo Bowie knives)
Last Place- Art Of War- Cake Knives

This 5 Round event will not announce missions prior to list due date to avoid list tailoring. 2000 point Strike force list are due 4 November.  
 
Location: Battlepub 6909 N Loop 1604 E STE 1168.  The Battlepub has a no Print, no Proxy policy.  GW minis can be converted and 3rd parties bits can be added to the models. 
 
This event is part of the Texas Champion Circuit and will count to those rankings as well as the ITC.
